// MI(N)TMACHCLUB

As a mechanical engineering studying at the Vienna University of Technology, I have been working in the technical industry for several years now. However, I am deeply concerned about the underrepresentation of women in mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, and technology fields. I firmly believe that we need to take action and campaign for change in order to motivate young women to pursue careers in these directions. We need to encourage and support young women to pursue their interests in STEM subjects, and show them that these fields offer a plethora of exciting and rewarding career opportunities. At the same time, we must also recognize that a change in thinking is necessary to address the systemic barriers that have prevented women from pursuing STEM careers in the past. Through my own experiences, I have seen firsthand the importance of representation and role models in encouraging women to pursue careers in STEM fields. I am committed to advocating for change and supporting initiatives that aim to increase the participation of women in these fields.
