Michaela Ernst, is co-founder and editor-in-chief of the business platform SHEconomy and as such advocates for female self-esteem and gender parity. As part of a postgraduate study, she dealt with the changing working conditions due to CPS and presented the results of her study in a TEDx talk. 2020 she published the book "Error 404", where she argues for a mindful, critical approach to digitization and shows how each individual can play a greater role in shaping change.
