Barbara Schmidt is a lawyer, coach and mediator. As Secretary General of Austria's E-Economy, she has represented the interests of the E-Economy vis-à-vis politics and administration for 16 years. The safe, clean and affordable restructuring of the energy system is the focus of her work. Before that, she worked in consulting, as a speaker in parliament and as head of the arbitration board of the regulatory authority E-Control.
