Alexander Bodmann

Director of the Archdiocese of Vienna // Caritas der Erzdiözese Wien

Alexander Bodmann was born in Vienna in 1972 and studied business administration at the University of Economics in Vienna. He first joined Caritas in 1997 as a community service worker and has worked in various areas within the organization after that. Alexander Bodmann became manager of the Care and Nursing at Home division in 2004, before becoming Managing Director in 2007. He,alongside Klaus Schwertner,was appointed Caritas Director of the Archdiocese of Vienna in February 2023.
