Expectations of the GenZ are high, the (pre)judgments about them numerous. But how do young Austrians really think, live and feel? What is important to them, what is not? Exploring the lifestyles, thoughts, and feelings of young Austrians provides insights that can contribute to improving education systems. By better understanding the needs and priorities of Generation Z, education programs can be developed that better cater to their needs and promote quality education for all.
Examining the prejudices and expectations of GenZ helps to identify and address inequalities and biases within society. Through dialogue with representatives of GenZ, the voice of this generation is heard, and measures can be taken to create a fairer and more inclusive society.
