Capital markets in transition - the importance of the domestic stock exchange

At the moment, it seems as if Ukraine is the European China - all raw materials seem to be imported from there. Must and can these experiences from the last crises lead to a repositioning of the economic location? After decades of steadily increasing globalization, is there now a countermovement and what would this mean for the domestic economy and the stock exchange location? What is the economic outlook, which segments will be the winners/losers?
