Born and resident in Bregenz, German citizen, married & two children.

Since August 1, 2019, I have been working as Director Marketing & Communications at OBRIST Powertrain GmbH in Lustenau, Austria and am responsible for the OBIRST Group worldwide.
My core tasks in this role are to publicize the products and services of Obrist Engineering, Obrist Powertrain and Obrist Technology in the sense of a "pull marketing approach" and to build networks.
Specifically, my TEAM and I work closely with various media (print, TV, digital,...), political institutions (EU, various governments), NGOs, opinion leaders, universities, etc.

In the time before OBRIST I was active as follows:
2014 to 2019 as VP Global Sales, Member of the Management Board of Joya Schuhe AG in the Head Office Switzerland, as well as President & CEO of Joya Shoes USA, Inc. Sacramento, CA
My focus in these roles was on the development of new markets and business areas as well as the strategic management of the company with a focus on business development

From 2010 to 2014, I was employed as Head of Sales & Marketing / Member of the Management Board at ENJO International GmbH, Austria

I spent the period from 2006 - 2010 at Masai Marketing & Trading AG (MBT shoes), Switzerland
Here I held various management positions as well as supervisory board mandates in the associated companies and 2nd managing director in all subsidiaries
. The focus of my work was also on business development.

Before shoes & textiles, I worked in food retail & production for over 10 years as an authorized signatory and member of the management board, responsible for sales, marketing & HR at a regional food retailer.

A commercial apprenticeship, technical college entrance qualification, university course for applied business administration (University of Innsbruck / Betr. Oec.) as well as several years of seminars, including at the Fredmund Malik Management School in Switzerland, taught me the know-how and tools for my current job.
