Estelle Jackson is the Global Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Ebay. She’s responsible for fostering and nurturing a culture that encourages collaboration, flexibility and fairness, where all voices are heard, respected and valued and everyone can be authentically amazing.
