Andreas was appointed CEO of Laudamotion by Niki Lauda in early 2018 and joined the Ryanair leadership team following Lauda’s acquisition by the Ryanair Group in the same year. Prior to that, he held various operational, commercial and network planning roles within the airberlin Group. Andreas is proactively driving Ryanair Group
s Austrian growth to 7 million annual passengers in 2024 (+160% vs. pre Covid) offering more choice, more competition, and more lower fares. Ryanair remains Austrias fastest growing airline, Nr 2 market share and is leading Austria
s traffic recovery.
