Life at work - about the value of the human factor

The ability to make decisions in highly volatile times as well as in challenging (crisis) situations that appear to be short-term - will this "ability" become even more important in the future? How are key leadership characteristics recognized, trained and promoted in the company? Soft skills such as empathy, the ability to work in a team, social skills, etc.? - How can more humanity be promoted and can and should there be limits to humanity? What about the acceptance of error culture? Actively discussing and analyzing mistakes together are key factors in promoting employees - but where should or must boundaries be drawn? And how do you actually promote a culture of open communication, a sense of responsibility and encourage employees to take responsibility? Women are still largely absent from management positions: why is this still the case? How can we counteract this? Which leadership skills give women a clear advantage? How can the early promotion of women into future management positions be organized? We are asking ourselves these and other questions and would like to find pioneering answers. Lou Lorenz-Dittelbacher (ORF) will be joined by Richard David Precht, Chloe Kayser (CEO Delivery Hero AT), Katharina Swoboda (Siemens), Markus Hengstschläger, Christine Scheffler (ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4), Andreas Unger (Bearing Point) and Matthias Winkler (Sacher) to discuss these issues.
