Stefanie Ahammer

Stefanie Ahammer has been working in the payment industry for twelve years - at Visa since 2019 in various management positions. After initially being responsible for optimizing cross-border transactions in Central Europe, she has been heading all areas of the Austrian market for Visa as Country Manager since September 2020. With a degree in business administration, she can look back on many years of experience in the payment industry - including nine years at American Express. There, Stefanie Ahammer was in charge of business development and partnership management and thus responsible for the establishment and expansion of long-term partnerships in both the corporate card and consumer card segments. Prior to that, the current Visa Country Manager gained extensive know-how in product management and marketing & sales (London and Munich) in various industries.
