Her name sounds like the animal in English: lion, but is written like the city in France: Lyon. Rosa Lyon, American and Austrian, studied economics and started working as a reporter for Radio Österreich 1. Since 2010 she is part of Zeit im Bild editorial staff. Rosa Lyon reports from Afghanistan, Belgium, India, Israel, Mali, the Palestinian Territories, Poland, Thailand, the US as well as Syria.
