Kristina Weis, tax advisor and certified public accountant, headed the working group "Gender, Diversity and Inclusion" in the Chamber of Tax Advisors and Certified Public Accountants in the strategy process initiated in 2020, which developed the change process and its output in a diverse working group under scientific supervision and has already implemented some important measures. As an auditor, she led a culturally diverse, international team of a large international audit firm in the field of education and training for several years, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
