After her law studies and a short stint in an international HR consultancy, Katharina founded her own company - the HR consultancy D-Level - in 2010 and still leads it today as CEO. In 2020, she simultaneously founded the first business magazine for women, men and all those who rethink business: STRIVE! It inspires and serves career-oriented women as a compass and source of inspiration in the areas of business, career and lifestyle.
