Daniela is particularly concerned with the mental and physical challenges of digitalization and Work 4.0 for employees. In addition to her passion for anticipating risks at an early stage and shaping a healthy working world of the future, strengthening resources and increasing the well-being of employees are key issues for her. Daniela coordinates a 14-person team in the area of occupational medicine and occupational psychology at Siemens AG Austria and was recently awarded the bgf seal of approval for a health-oriented culture in the company.
