Life at Work - about the value of the human factor

Decision-making ability in highly volatile times as well as in challenging (crisis) situations that appear to be short-term - will this "ability" become even more important in the future? How are decisive leadership characteristics recognized, trained and promoted in the company? Soft skills such as empathy, teamwork, social competence, etc.? - How do you promote more humanity and can and should there be limits with regard to humanity? What about the acceptance of the error culture? Active, joint discussion and analysis of mistakes are essential factors in promoting employees - but where should or must boundaries be drawn? And how do you actually promote a culture of open communication, a sense of responsibility, or the ability to lead employees to take responsibility for themselves? Women are still largely absent from management positions: why is this still the case? How can this be counteracted? Which leadership skills give women a clear advantage? How can women be promoted to future leadership positions at an early stage? We ask ourselves these and other questions and want to find groundbreaking answers.
