Rita Isiba is a communication specialist and program director, helping organisations engage with new target groups and realise internationalisation objectives. She is passionate about the unique value of diversity in organisations and society. She is regularly asked to facilitate and clearly communicate complex matters with a focus on delivering the desired outcome for clients. Rita’s career started by working for investment banks including Goldman Sachs, UBS, Natixis in London and Hamburg. At the peak of the financial crisis, she left the finance industry and founded Virtuosec, a concierge agency for High-net-worth individuals, which led Rita to expand her client base to Africa. She led a number of feasibility studies for infrastructure and manufacturing investments in both East and West Africa. In 2014, she landed a job at the United Nations in Vienna. And not content to leave it at that, she quit to establish her own company, Aphropean Partners. She founded Aphropean Partners in 2016, a social enterprise producing content, training and events to enable international business development and leverage diversity for success. In 2017, she established Frontiers of Dialogue Forum to promote international business relations with a focus on Africa and Europe. Rita Isiba graduated from Hertfordshire University, England with a degree in Business and European Studies and Masters of Business Administration at the Heriot-Watt University. She obtained a certification in business consultancy by Oxford College.

Looking to tackle this issue, Aphropean Partners is a social enterprise producing forward-thinking content, training and events to enable international business development and leverage diversity for success.
