In 2009 Karl Wrenkh (31) and his brother Leo Wrenkh (30) succeded their parents in ownership of their business, the famous restaurant Wrenkh – Wiener Kochsalon in the heart of Vienna. The owner, Karl Wrenkh, is eloquent, charismatic and highly committed in his work. Being ambitious and future oriented, he shows great interest in the development of new innovations in the field of nutrition and gastronomy. He conducts an open management style and seeks, collaboration, participation and great dedication in his team. History and politics are special fields of his personal interest. Restaurant Wrenkh – Wiener Kochsalon is located in the heart of Vienna, in the inner City, the 1st distict. It was originally founded in 1982, Karl Wrenkh (31) and his brother Leo Wrenkh (30) successfully took over of their parents business, Restaurant Wrenkh – Wiener Kochsalon in 2009. This year they celebrate their 10 year anniversary and a business that is truly flourishing. The Restaurant offers 80 seats, the Wiener Kochsalon (the associated cooking studio) – welcomes thousands of guests every year to over 300 cooking events and offers a wide range of culinary styles and cooking class formats. Having established and reconquered Restaurant Wrenkh as the home of vegetarian, vegan and few but delicately chosen meat specialties, the team is now ready to step up to the next level!
