Dr. Barbara Aigner is CEO and founder of emotion banking®, a consulting company founded in 2002 focused on the financial industry. Since 2015 emotion banking has an additional business unit directed to further industries called “Top Service Österreich“ which rates and awards companies for customer orientation. In 2018 Barbara founded the consulting company “Kunde 21“ focused on customer centricity.

Barbara has been dealing with all aspects of management and customer orientation for more than 15 years. She knows medium-sized peculiarities as well as international trends. She is regarded as an impulse giver, sparring partner and experienced consultant. Customers benefit from a know-how of more than 200,000 employees analyses as well as about 2.2 million customer analyses, expert knowledge and long-term practical experience.
