New technologies and global competition have created a fast-paced, direct impact on young people who need to achieve academically, develop serious hobbies, and present themselves in the best possible light 24/7, both on social media and in real life. Their accomplishments can be amazing because of those multiple opportunities, but the consequences of fast-paced life also seem sobering. We seem to know more than ever how young people's minds are developing and the impact technology can have on their development.
