Under the title "Sustainable future - where Europe is heading", Environment Commissioner Virginijus Sinkevičius (Commissioner for Environment, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, EU Commission) will give a keynote speech on current initiatives at European level. This will be followed by a discussion between Dr. Henrietta Egerth-Stadlhuber (Managing Director, Österreichische Forschungsförderungsgesellschaft mbH), Leonore Gewessler (Federal Minister for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology), Eric Steinberger (CEO & Co-Founder, ClimateScience) and Dr. Michael Strugl (Chairman of the Board, Verbund AG) on developments in Austria and challenges in their respective fields. The discussion will be moderated by Corinna Milborn (Puls 4).
