Simon Jacko was born in Germany, studied economics at WU Vienna, is a passionate cook and founded his first company “feinkoch” in 2012. Since then, he is working on his mission to make meal planning, grocery shopping and cooking easier and more convenient than ever before. In 2021 he launched “Happy Plates” a recipe marketplace that connects users with recipe creators, online retailers, and food brands. He is expert in food tech, recipe platforms and grocery delivery.
