Jelena Tadić

Political Scientist in International Affairs, Faculty of Political Sciences Belgrade. Graduated at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She held high positions in a state administration, such as: Chief of Minister’s Cabinet - Ministry of Health, Chief of Minister’s Cabinet - Ministry of Regional Development, Adviser–Deputy Prime Minister Cabinet. She has experience with the International Finance Institutions: World Bank Coordinator of the “SEEF project”, IFC Consultant and EBRD Consultant. Since 2015 she is dealing with the public-private partnership (PPP) projects as Executive Director of PPP Investment Ltd. Jelena is appointed as an International judge for PPP projects by UNECE. She is especially proud of her long-term cooperation with the Institute of the Regions of Europe and position as a member of the Economic board.
