If people flee: how much of a homeland does a person need?

We are currently experiencing once again what human suffering, crises and above all war mean and what impact those tragedies have, even if only a few people are really aware of the full implications. Millions of people have to flee their homes, while others decide to stay in their country to fight. A constant feeling of being torn apart and not knowing what to do next are part of the daily additional psychological "struggle" (feel free to use another word). Today we would like to know what help is needed right now, how to deal with flight, especially how to help the youngest in the discourse, does one ever stop being a refugee and what can we as a society learn for the future?
