We are currently experiencing once again what human suffering, crises and above all war mean and what impact those tragedies have, even if only a few people are really aware of the full implications. Millions of people have to flee their homes, while others decide to stay in their country to fight. A constant feeling of being torn apart and not knowing what to do next are part of the daily additional psychological "struggle" (feel free to use another word).
